1. The service
Sheetfolio generates PDF documents (line sheets, catalogs, price lists) from the product data in your Shopify store, runs a preflight check on that data, and stores catalog definitions so you can regenerate them. It reads products only and does not modify your store. You are responsible for the content of your products, for the prices in your metafields, and for the documents you share with third parties.
2. Plans and billing
The Free plan is limited as described on the pricing section and the features page: one saved catalog, up to 100 products per catalog, two PDFs per calendar month, and a small footer line in the PDF. The Pro plan costs $9.99 per 30 days, billed through Shopify's app billing on your Shopify invoice, after a 7-day free trial that starts when you approve the subscription. Prices are in US dollars; Shopify may convert them on your invoice. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice inside the app; the new price applies from your next billing period.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel Pro at any time from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps and sales channels → Sheetfolio) or by uninstalling the app. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for; no further charges are made. Refunds follow Shopify's app billing rules. If you believe you were charged in error, email us with the invoice date and we will resolve it.
4. Fair use
A plan covers one Shopify store. Pro's unlimited catalogs and PDFs are meant for normal catalog work, not for automated or scripted generation far beyond the stated product limits. If usage threatens the service for other stores, we may slow it down and will contact you before doing anything else.
5. Your data
What we access, store and delete is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. We process your store data only to provide the service and to answer your support requests.
6. Availability
We aim for the app to be available at all times but do not promise it. Rendering capacity is shared; at busy moments a generation may be delayed and the app tells you so. We may change or discontinue features with notice inside the app; if we discontinue the service, Pro subscribers are refunded for the unused part of their period.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for errors in your product data that appear in a PDF, for the consequences of sharing a catalog, or for decisions buyers make on the basis of one. To the extent permitted by law, PIXON is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Shopify
Sheetfolio is an independent app and is not affiliated with Shopify Inc. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own terms. If Shopify removes the app or your store, these terms end.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced inside the app before they take effect; continued use after that date means acceptance. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are settled by the courts of Serres, Greece, unless the law of your country gives you a different mandatory forum.
