How the Line Sheet App Works

Step 01
Choose What Goes In
A collection or all products. Say where the wholesale price lives: a metafield or a percentage off retail. Add your brand name, season and contact line.
Step 02
Run the Preflight
See the products with no image, no price, no SKU or a duplicate SKU, with a link to each one. Fix them in Shopify, or carry on; the choice is yours.
Step 03
Generate and Share
Press Generate. The PDF is built in the background and a download link appears, valid 24 hours. Next season, press Refresh: same catalog, today's data.
Your Products Stay Yours
A catalog app only needs to read products. Sheetfolio asks for exactly that and nothing more, and the privacy policy says so in plain language.
Product data is read fresh from Shopify each time you generate, passed to the renderer, and discarded once the PDF exists. The PDF itself is stored for 24 hours and then deleted. What stays is your catalog definitions and a usage count for the plan limits. Full details in the privacy policy.

Is Sheetfolio free?
There is a free plan: one saved catalog, up to 100 products, two PDFs a month, with a small Made with Sheetfolio line in the footer. Pro is $9.99 per 30 days, billed through Shopify, with a 7-day free trial: unlimited catalogs and PDFs, up to 2,000 products per catalog and no footer line.
Where does the wholesale price come from?
You choose per catalog: a product metafield (namespace custom, key wholesale_price, number or money type) or a percentage off the retail price. Products without a value show a dash and are listed by the preflight so you can fix them first.
How many products can one catalog have?
Up to 100 on the free plan and up to 2,000 on Pro. A catalog of 1,500 products with 10,000 variants and real images renders in under a minute and comes out at about 300 pages and 14 MB. The PDF is byte-identical every time you generate it with the same data.
Does Sheetfolio change anything in my store?
No. It asks only for read access to products and never writes to products, collections, themes or anything else. It does not request access to customers, orders, draft orders or payments.
How do variants appear in the PDF?
In the compact line sheet each product is one row with a size × colour matrix: one cell per variant with its SKU, so a product with 8 sizes and 5 colours takes one row, not 40. The price list template prints one line per variant with SKU and barcode for buyers who paste into their own systems.
How long are download links valid?
24 hours. The link can be sent to buyers directly. After it expires, press Refresh in your catalog list: you get a new PDF with today's products and prices, same layout and branding.
